WAYS TO REDUCE PUFFINESS!

Ever look tired, dull, old, bloated, puffy, red or blotchy?
1. WATER. I know your so damn sick of people saying it. But drinking 2 liters a day will change your skin dramatically.
2. Stick your liquid foundation in the fridge for 1 0 minutes before applying it.
3. All the anti-puff eye rollers are not 100% effective. I've used Olay, Garnier, Image Essentials and Loreal...the results are never physically noticeable...
4. Sleep on your back at night
5. Wash your face with cold water
6. Eye patches/retinal or ginseng pads
7. Cold cucumbers for 20 minutes before applying makeup
8. Put on eye/face cream 20 minutes before applying makeup because lots of ingredients in creams make foundation and concealer crease and slip
9. Herbal eye gel and serums.
10. Rubbing, in circular motions, a gentle anti-inflammatory cream works great. (The ones used for hemorrhoids are great because they alleviate the fluid build up) or Preparation H
11. Spoons! Put Spoons in cold water for 5 minutes, then place the back of the spoons onto your eyes.
12. Place a wet cold cloth on your face. Lay on your back and dont move your facial muscles for at least 10 minutes.
13. Soak an herbal tea bag in cold water then let them sit on your eye lids.
14. Do a Carb Free day once a week.
15. Create a cold compress of witch hazel and seltzer water. Place over your face morning and night for 20 minutes.

Must-Know Concealer Tips

Make your face FLAWLESS:

1. Put a SMALL amount of eyelid primer under your eye. It will stop your concealer from creasing.
2. Do not gob on too much eye moisturizer before applying makeup, it sets into the lines and will bring out more creasing in the under eye area.
3. Use an Eyeshadow Blending brush to swirl on the concealer. It will give a blended, non-streaky application.
4. After applying concealer, lightly press a tissue onto that area so it soaks up the oils and leaves the  pigment. This will prevent sliding/bottom lash mascara transferring.
5. Do not apply concealer with your fingers! (Oil transfer/bacteria spreads/does not apply evenly)
6. Under eye concealers do not work the same for everyone! Bobbi Brown: Creamy! Mac: Cakey, dry and heavy Nars: Lightweight and dry Benefit: Heavy-Duty, dry Makeup Forever: Highly pigmented  ELF: Gel-like consistency, sheer Smashbox: Blendable, Long Lasting Temptu: Light reflecting Dior: Smooth Lancome: Natural, moves too much, not for heavy duty coverup Korres: Sets into wrinkles...wouldnt recommend Urban Decay: Matte, doesnt slide Tarte: Medium coverage Stila: Medium coverage, non-drying YSL: Covers and blends well Too-Faced: Sheer Shiseido: Thin consistency   (Also: for some skin tones, an under-eye BRIGHTENER will do the trick instead of concealer!)
7. Concealers can be applied under or over the foundation. Powder is the last step (optional. apply very lightly or use HD finishing powder!)
8. Use 1 to 2 shades lighter for under the eye. Blend!
9. Have multiple shades of concealer for your tan/pale days!

Different Color Concealers:
Yellow: Covers Veins
Green: Corrects redness
Peach: Covers Purple tones
