Ruffle are forever In-style...

My personal favorite fashion trim is ruffles(or as some say, frill or furbelow).

Ruffles are regal, transcend time and add an expansive range to an outfits energy.

Skinpiration!

Skin Rules:
1. DRINK MORE WATER!
2. Vitamin C Serum, facials or injections
3. Moisturize twice a day: You'll need a good quality night cream, day lotion (SPF Preferred) and eye serum/lotion
4. Exfoliate no more than 2 times a week.  ONLY use a toner if you wear lots of makeup/naturally oily skin/live in areas with high pollution and dirt in the air. Don't forget about the rest of your body, lightly exfoliate other areas too!
5. Treat blemishes/acne with acne fighting drying lotions (try Mario Badescu)
6. Keep your oily hair, hands and nails away from your face
7.  Sleep on your back.
8. Clean and disinfect your cell phones/hats/sunglasses/scarfs/eyeglasses before using them
9. Lowering coffee/alcohol/soda and smoking habits will improve your complexion
10. Drink a shot of cod liver oil each day
11. Surprisingly lots of soy edible foods/drinks dont mix well with skin. It can make you break out/redness around mouth and noise  :(
12. If you're swimming in a chlorine filled pool, try not to dip your head under the water
13. WASH YOUR FACE TWICE A DAY. MORNING AND NIGHT...dont be lazy! Using a makeup wipe at the end of the night does not count as washing your face! Wash your face after the makeup is gone.
14. If you have time, put your foundation in the fridge for 10 minutes before you apply. The cold will reduce puffiness
15. Dont let your hair products (shampoo/cremes/sprays) get on your face/chest/back.
Remember...everyone has some bad skin days. IF YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN SOONER RATHER THAN LATER, IT WILL BE LESS MAINTENANCE$ LATER ON IN YOUR LIFE.

Highlight & Contour: Where should it go?

1. Apply foundation (or dont: if u have perfect texture/toned skin). Blend foundation INTO your jaw, neck and hairline evenly.
2. Dust with a translucent powder: it'll give a softer photo-friendly finish).
3. Pick a matte finish so your face looks naturally sculpted instead of disco-Snooki.
4. BLEND BLEND BLEND in small circular strokes. Blend out any harsh lines with a kabuki brush.

TIPS:
--Apply the highlight shade to where the light naturally reflects and hits you.
--It makes a HUGE difference if your brushes are a higher quality & clean.
--Highlighters can be a gold dewy glow, silver beige, light tan, fair sand, white or light pink
--Contours can be dusty grays, dark brown, light brown, dark tan or sienna brown red
-Contour and highlight your colar bones, neck, and clevage to enhance or shrink your features!

BEST PLACES TO HIGHLIGHT: Under arch of brow, on top of the end of brow, upper cheekbone, inner corner of eye, outer corner of eye, top and bottom of lip, center of lips, down the shaft of nose, boob
BEST PLACES TO CONTOUR: Sides of nose, below inside of brow, chisel cheek region, below chin, down neck, cleavage, temples, shoulders, collar bone

BASED ON THE SHAPE OF YOUR FACE, FOLLOW GUIDELINES BELOW:
HL= Highlight
C= Contour

End Product should look like this:

Botox can go WHERE?!

1. Brows/Glabella
2. Crows feet
3. Forehead. Botox in forehead helps with chronic migraines.
4. ELBOWS! Botox in the elbow cures athletes from “Tennis elbow"
5. Underarms! Hate sweaty pits? Botox in your armpits decrease sweat levels.
6. Bottom of Feet! Athlete’s foot? Sweaty sneakers? Are you a dancer/celebrity in heels all day? This will make life-in-your-shoes more comfortable and dry!
7. Nose! At the root of your nose, Botox will get rid of bunny lines.
8. Neck!? This reduces neck sag and wrinkles. It also decreases the size of the Masseter.
9. Corners of the mouth and Upper lip! Botox on the higher region of the lip reduces “smoker-lines”
10. Jaw line. This helps shape the jaw bone/line to give a structured symmetrical head.
11. Chin!  Dimply chin?
12. Upper and Lower Back! Botox helps spinal cord disorders!
13. Bladder!! Botox can cure an overactive bladder because it relaxes the urinary muscles.
14. Prostate. Recently doctors discovered that botox could be used to relax the prostate muscle and enlarge the area making the urethra unpressure when urinating.
15. Labia Majora. Do you have a vajayjay crease or wrinkle? This treatment is popular in the adult entertainment business!
16. INTO YOUR EYES. Doctors put Botox in children with strabismus.
Tip: Starting Botox when you're younger is better than starting it when you are in late 40’s or 50’s. Preventing muscle expressions earlier will prevent the joan-rivers look!
How long does botox last?  3-5months
Cost? Depending on the medical-spa/dermatologist/surgeon it can be low as 9$ a unit. Example, the forehead is around 5-10 units depending on the size of your face (approx. 100$) Therefore botox is relatively inexpensive.
Does it hurt? No, suck it up. Most areas get numbed topically before hand. It’s a tiny micro-needle!
Alternatives: Strivectin or Dysport
